Reports
You can prepare an E-control for a period of one or more farms.
To ensure the correct preparation of an E-control, it is important that all registrations are added within the period specified by the status. When preparing an E-control for a CHR number, a status must be set on the same day at all locations (barns), both at the start and the end of the period for which the report is being generated. If you want to create an E-control from 30/6 to 30/9, a status must be recorded on both days at all locations under the relevant CHR number. Remember that a status applies from midnigt (00:00) on the specified day.
Continuous production
If the producion is recorded as continuous production, it it possible to prepare an E-control for one or more herds of weaners, slaughter pigs, or FRATS. It it also possible to generate a combined report.
Batch
In order to generate batch reports, at least one completed batch is required. It is also possible to create a location-based, period-limited E-control, as used for continuous production.
Regardless of the type of production for which you wish to generate an E-report
- Select the relevant farm(s) or batch(es) for wich the report is to be generated
- Click "Next"
- For location-based reports, select the status dates that will define the reporting period. For batch reports, select the desired batch from the list. If the desired batch does not appear, it has not been closed - see here for more information
- Click "Next"
The reconciliation screen is displayed. This screen provides an overview of the selected periods. For each period, a graph at the top shows the status during the period, including insertions and departures. Below the graph is a reconciliation view that displays what has entered and left the selected location during the chosen period. it is important that insertions and departures match in order to ensure valid data. If there is a discrepancy, it is crucial to identify and correct the error before generating the E-control report. You can click on any underlined number to see the individual records that make up the total.
If the data matches, click "Generate E-control", after which the report can be displayed or saved directly on your computer.
