Feed suppliers
How to set up automatic confirmation of a feed delivery notification:
- Click on "Settings" in the top menu
- Select “Setup”
- Click the arrow next to "Feed Suppliers - Notification"
- Click the "+" next to your feed supplier
- Change the location in the dropdown menu next to the desired farms. "Manual approval" means you must approve each notification manually
- Click "Next" and then "Send"
- For each feed delivery you receive, you will be able to choose a location where the delivery should be automatically recorded.
You can only set up automatic approval after the first delivery.
- You have three options:
- "Manual approval" – means you will receive a notification every time you receive a feed delivery, which you will need to approve manually.
- Farm: The feed delivery is placed on the selected farm. If you have more than one barn receiving the same feed delivery, you should select this option. You can then split the delivery across your barns.
- Farm / Barn: The feed delivery is placed on the selected barn. This is the barn where the feed is primarily used. You also have the option to split the delivery if it is used in other barns.
Click "Next" and "Send."
